Some nice level cycling across the Somerset Levels today then to Glastonbury for coffee.

Then to Wells fro lunch, and after lunch up through Bristol and along the Avon and over the new severn bridge to Chepstow - where we were staying in a posh spa hotel for a rest day. (and a spa!)

This day had been one of the most pleasant rides - although we did not get away without a little rain!
During the Rest day we became aware how sunken our eyes were looking - real cyclist look. We went and bought some Zero's to add to our drinking water at the first bike shop we found. We have used then ever since.
